IF YOU ARE A DEFENDANT:
We cannot discuss anything regarding your case. Any questions you have in that regard must be discussed with the attorney representing you, including a public defender.
IF YOU ARE A VICTIM:
At the DeSoto County District Attorney’s Office, our Victims are our top priority. We prefer to talk to you directly regarding your case; however, if that is not available, please use the form below to submit a case update request. Note, please only submit ONE request. MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to pursue justice on behalf of the good law abiding citizens of Mississippi by zealously and ethically prosecuting individuals who commit felony crimes in DeSoto County. In the pursuit of justice, our office will advocate for victims and their families, promote public safety, protect the innocent, and hold criminals accountable. We strive to keep our communities safe through the collaboration and partnerships with law enforcement, community leaders, other government agencies, our citizens and people they elect.
